PRODUCTION TEAM

All of our piece are made at our Northern Beaches Atelier by a local team. We source all our silks and outer fabrics from Australian based fabric suppliers to support our community.

We source our underlay fabrics from one supplier in Japan who provideds us with environmentally friendly recycled polyester fabrics and other sustainable fabrics.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic and international

We use DHL Courier service which generally delivers in 2-3 business days within Australia and includes tracking and insurance.

For international DHL Courier delivery timeframes, please contact us via studio@letobridal.com. 

Tracking and details of your shipment will be sent once your dress has been dispatched.

We do not refund or exchange if the item is lost or damaged in mail.

Various countries charge custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay those taxes accordingly. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding whether taxes and duties are payable in your region.
 

GOWN SIZES

All of our gowns are made to order.

When the gown is purchased via our showroom appointments, we make our pieces as made-to-measure. You would be measured by one of our bridal stylists or the designer herself, and we would then make the gown to fit the best according to those measuremnts taken during the appointment.

We do offer in house alterations for brides that would like to fit their L’eto gown better closer to the wedding date for extra charge. We offer first alteration free of charge after the gown has been made and needs to be fitted after the fitting. All further alterations incur a charge of $250 AUD for each alteration.

Final adjustments with our alterations seamstress are the client’s responsibility after the gown has been collected from the store and/or shipped. We take no responsibility for alterations and changes made to our gowns after collection.

When the gown is purchased via one of our stockists, we make the pieces to order as per our size chart attached ( Imperial/inches or Metric/cm ). We would refer to AUS Size Small as Size 10, AUS Size Medium as Size 12, AUS Size Large as Size 14 etc.

We do not offer customisations of pieces purchased via our stockists.

Note: At the time of purchase via our stockists, we request your measurements in order to determine the size you require, and not to make the gown made to measure. If you are between sizes, we would always recommend going up a size to allow for optimum alterations afterwards.  
 

CUSTOM PIECES

Custom gown creation process is highly encouraged at L’eto. If the bride would like engage L’eto in creation of the custom dress, we require brides’ full set of measurements to be taken in store, which later is followed b a creation of a custom toile mock if required. After the fitting in store of the toile custom mock, we would discuss the changes made and then start making the custom dress itself. We allow only one mock fitting per process from the point of initial measurements taken in store and final gown unless otherwise specified by L’eto team at the time in the beginning of the process or once the production has started. Additional charges of $200 AUD per extra fitting will apply as we offer a limited number of fittings discussed with the client prior to the start of the production during the measurement fitting by L’eto staff member. All our custom designs start from $6000 AUD. We do not provide a gown sketch by the designer as part of our service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs discussions and offerings during the fitting appointment with the designer or any other staff member at L’eto are a subject to brand’s intellectual property and are protected by

Any design replications carried out outside of the L’eto design studio would result in legal action. L’eto doesn't not replicate other designer’s work due to the respect to the designer’s right and ask for the same in return from its clients and general public.

TIMEFRAMES

We require 6 months to make your gown as per standard sales. Custom gown creation requires up to 8 months. These timeframes do vary from gown to gown, please get in touch with us to enquire about details here

We charge rush fee of $400 AUD to create your gown sooner than 6-8 months for the standard sale or sooner than 12 months for custom wedding dress.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our gowns are made to order made to measure pieces and we cannot provide a refund on the deposit once the process has started when ordered in store or online or/and the refund for the gown that is completed and ready for collection. Instead, we offer an alteration or a replacement gown.

All items are quality controlled at L’eto Bridal’s quality control team before being sent out to customers. In the unlikely event something is missed, you are entitled to a free

repair or replacement. If a major fault is found you will be entitled to a full refund, which would be determined by our quality control team. 

If you find a problem with your purchase upon receiving the item/s then you must notify L’eto Bridal within 3 days and return the item within 7 days.

Veils. We work to make sure we create a complete custom product, which includes multiple revisions of the artwork and custom content. Please be mindful that the embroidery is a very customised process for each veil when a Poem veil is purchased, hence we offer no refunds due to minor artwork/order limitations that may happen due to such customised process.

FABRICS AND IMPERFECTIONS
All luxury fabrics easily pull and while every care is taken to prevent this, sometimes very minor pulls may occur in the fabric and this will not be considered a fault by L’eto.

All our pieces are made from 100% silk variations; silk is a natural fibre and therefore may have slight imperfections in the fabric, that are not faults. These imperfections are simply natural occurrences due to the nature of silk.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars excluding the local taxes and shipping charges.
 

APPOINTMENTS IN STORE

Our appointments require an advance booking via our online bookings system on site. We allow a generous 1.5 hour fitting window. We also offer late night / out of hours appointments 7 days a week. If you require an out of hours appointment, please email us at studio@letobridal.com
 

ORDERING PROCESS

After a dream gown is chosen, we require A 50% deposit to commence making your gown. Once the gown is complete, we will contact you to process the 50% balance payment plus shipping fee (if applicable).

We acknowledge that there might occasionally be delays due to circumstances that are beyond our control. In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 GOWN CARE

All of our gowns are made with silk fabric variations. We recommend to dry clean our gowns professionally only. Please do emphasise to your garment care agency not to wet clean our gowns, as natural silk fabrics shrink dramatically when washed with water.

SAMPLE SALES
All sample sales are final and non refundable. We require all shipping details i.e address and phone number to be given to us prior to the dress leaving our premises . All incorrect or insufficient details provided are bride's responsibility as well as resulted damage or lost package. We do not provide any alterations inclusive in the sample's price. However, we can most certainly provide alterations to the sample for the fee of $350 AUD per each alteration.
